We launched in 2019 with the ambition to concentrate on those projects which match our passions and beliefs. 

As chartered surveyors we are governed by a professional code of conduct which we believe in and want to work with organisations and individuals which reflect these principles.

Beacons Project Associates Ltd was established by Merrissa Fallas MRICS; PMP following an enjoyable and varied 20+ year career in the construction industry which has involved working  directly for the client, as a consultant and also as main contractor. The most recent highlight was representing the National Trust as the Senior Building Surveyor delivering projects throughout South Wales and working with a fantastic team of equally passionate specialists. Merrissa is also proud to have supported a number of APC candidates to achieve their full RICS Chartered status.

 With a particular passion for heritage and sustainability Merrissa has delivered remediation schemes of contaminated land; residential and commercial new build developments on brownfield sites; new schools; refurbishments and re-purposing of numerous listed buildings; conservation and consolidation schemes as well as successful conversions and extensions using both traditional and modern techniques.
